FROM AIRPORT TO TRAIN STATION AMERSFOORT
From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to Amersfoort main train station:
Take the Intercity train from Schiphol Airport to Amersfoort (about 45 minutes).

FROM TRAIN STATION AMERSFOORT TO ISVW CONFERENCE CENTER
From Amersfoort main train station tot the ISVW conference center:
• Take a taxi to the Conference Center ISVW, Dodeweg 8, Leusden;
• Or, on Wednesday August 11, take the special conference bus: 1st departure at 09:15 h.; 2nd departure at 10:00 h.

TELL US THE DAY AND TIME OF YOUR ARRIVAL
In order to adjust the time schedule of the shutle bus between Train Station Amersfoort and ISVW Conference Center on Wednesday, August 11, we must know the time of your arrival. Please, send us an email with your information: day and time of your arrival at Amersfoort Train Station.

THOSE WHO STAY AT THE TULIP INN HOTEL
When you arrive in Leusden on Wednesday, August 11, you can check in at the Tulip Inn hotel only in the afternoon. So, we advise you to go directly from Amersfoort Train Station to the ISVW Conference Center. Here, we have arranged a luckage room for you. Later that day, we will arrange the transport from the Conference Center to the Tulip Inn hotel.

THOSE WHO ARRIVE IN HOLLAND BEFORE AUGUST 11
If you have a room at the ISVW Conference Hotel, and if you will arrive before Wednesday, August 11 (e.g., on Tuesday, August 10), please be sure that you have made a reservation for Tuesday night. (The packages included 3 nights; Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.) The same counts for staying a night longer (Saturday night).

CHECK-IN AT THE CONFERENCE
The check-in at the conference starts at 9:00 h. on Wednesday morning. At 11:00 h., the Opening Ceremony will start. We ask you to be on time. The Opening Ceremony will be very special.

SUBSCRIBE TO MASTER CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS
In the Conference Lounge are lists where you can subscribe to the master classes and workshops.

TIME SCHEDULE OF THE CONFERENCE
The Conference starts on Wednesday, August 11, with the check-in. The Opening Ceremony is on Wednesday from 11:00 - 12:30 h.
On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the day starts with a breakfast from 7:30 h.; the program starts at 9:00 h.
On Saturday, August 14, the Closing Ceremony starts at 15:30 h. After the drinks (from 17:30 h.) on Saturday, a shutle bus will transport you from the ISVW Conference Center to Amersfoort Train Station.

NAVIGATOR BOOKLET
When you check-in at the conference, on Wednesday morning, you will get the Navigator booklet, with all the information you need to move through the conference.

OPEN SPACE AT THE CONFERENCE
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night, after the official program, there is an informal Open Space for those who want to do something with each other, like a spontaneous workshop, or improvisation, etc.

JAM SESSION 'ROCKING IN A FREE WORLD'
Friday evening, August 13, Ruud Meij's band will be jamming. If you play a musical instrument (which also might be your own voice), you are invited to join the improvisations. Please, tell us if you want to join the jamming.
